A few pictures of the main floor reno we completed last Summer over a period of 6 weeks. We removed a load bearing wall to really open this space up - swipe for before. Featuring engineered hardwood throughout to match the new staircase/railing we completed and a nice porcelain tile for the front foyer to tie in the new powder room. New wiring throughout with sub panel, fire stopping and soundproofing to code, added an egress window and created a common laundry room for the upstairs and downstairs tenants to share. When meeting the clients, they asked for a seamless transition from the existing building to the new addition, they wanted it to look as though it was part of the original build. I’d say we accomplished that!
